BOILER INSTALLATION

Here’s why you might need a new boiler installed:

EFFICIENCY: Older boilers tend to be less efficient, which means they use more energy to heat your home. A new boiler can operate at a much higher efficiency, reducing your energy bills and environmental impact.

RELIABILITY: With age, boilers can become more prone to breakdowns. A new boiler is less likely to experience frequent issues, offering peace of mind with dependable heating and hot water.

COST SAVINGS: Although the initial cost of a new boiler might seem high, the savings on energy bills and reduced repair costs over time can make it a cost-effective investment.

SAFETY: New boilers come with updated safety features that older models may lack, reducing the risk of dangerous malfunctions such as carbon monoxide leaks. Space-Saving Design: Modern boilers are often more compact and designed to fit in smaller spaces, which can free up room in your home.

ECO-FRIENDLY: With improved energy efficiency, new boilers contribute less to carbon emissions, helping you to reduce your carbon footprint and support a greener planet.

INCREASED PROPERTY VALUE: Installing a new boiler can be a selling point if you decide to move, as potential buyers will appreciate a modern, efficient heating system. If you’re considering the switch, it might be time to enjoy the benefits of a new, efficient, and reliable boiler!

GAS APPLIANCE SERVICING

Why Regular Servicing of Your Gas Appliance is Crucial:

SAFETY FIRST: Regular servicing ensures that your gas appliance operates safely. It can help detect and prevent potential hazards, which can lead to dangerous situations such as carbon monoxide poisoning.

EFFICIENCY: A well-maintained gas appliance runs more efficiently, which means it uses less energy and reduces your utility bills. Over time, this can result in significant cost savings.

RELIABILITY: Regular checks can identify minor issues before they become major problems, reducing the likelihood of unexpected breakdowns. This ensures that your appliance remains reliable and performs optimally when you need it most.

LONGEVITY: Servicing helps extend the lifespan of your appliance. Routine maintenance keeps all components in good working order, so the appliance lasts longer and you avoid the cost of premature replacements.

COMPLIANCE: For many gas appliances, regular servicing is a legal requirement, particularly for landlords. Ensuring compliance with safety regulations helps avoid fines and ensures that you’re meeting your responsibilities.

WARRANTY PROTECTION: Many manufacturers require regular servicing as part of their warranty conditions. Failing to service your appliance may void your warranty, leaving you unprotected in case of defects or failures.

ENVIRONMENTAL IMPACT: A well-serviced appliance produces fewer emissions, which is better for the environment. Regular servicing helps maintain efficient combustion, reducing your carbon footprint.

PEACE OF MIND: Knowing that your gas appliance is regularly checked and maintained gives you peace of mind, ensuring your home is safe, efficient, and comfortable.

Having your gas appliance serviced regularly is a small investment for a safer, more efficient, and longer-lasting system. If you need more detailed information or have other questions, feel free to ask!

LANDLORDS’ CERTIFICATION

It’s a legal requirement that your gas appliances are inspected and tested annually by a qualified engineer.

Boilers, gas fires, gas hobs, water heaters, warm-air systems can all be checked 2 months prior to the actual date the inspection is due.

HEAT PUMPS

Producing piping hot water in the coldest of conditions, the Thermopod unit absorbs heat energy from a range of sources.

Harnessing heat from solar, air and ground as well as via two external panels, all natural elements such as air temperature, wind, rain, sunlight and even snow can be a heat source. This is because the Thermopod unit extracts heat from refrigerant that returns from the panels before it is transferred into the water within its hot water cylinder.

With a default setting of keeping water at 55°C, the Thermopod can detect drops in temperature to return it to its original state. This means that you will always have hot water when you need it.

ELECTRIC RADIATORS

Our Heatboost radiators are suitable for a wide range of product applications in both residential and commercial settings.

They are especially suited for use with heat pumps due to their super low temperature operation, with an internal waterflow temperature starting at only 35°C. They can also be installed independently of a heat pump system. This makes them an ideal heating system of choice for new builds and anyone looking for a cost-saving and eco-friendly replacement for traditional heating.

Heatboost radiators can heat your home up to 7x more efficiently than a traditional steel convection radiator. One large Heatboost unit can replace two steel radiators in the same space with the same levels of heat efficiency without sacrificing comfort. Various sizes available.
